Mobile e-Signature

For a short time I worked on some mobile projects for BambooHR. This project was to take an already existing and partially designed e-signature process that had been available to their clients through a web-app and implement the same functionality into an intuitive mobile experience in their native app.

My Role as Lead Designer

As mentioned above, this signature process had been partially designed before by a previous designer. My role was to fill in gaps like end to end experience and fill in various design elements like how users are notified of new signature requests and to polish existing designs for applying signatures and agreeing to e-sign terms of service. I worked closely with a PM to understand what the business and legal requirements were and make sure that our designs were meeting them.
